Responsible for the business of buying and selling industrial and commercial properties and leasing in the east of Kowloon, including the areas of Tseung Kwan O, Shatin and Kowloon Bay, providing professional real estate consulting services. <br>2. Provide comprehensive market information to customers, including property development trends, price analysis and investment advice, to ensure that customers get the best return. <br>3. Assist in handling all new real estate development projects in Hong Kong, participate in promotional activities and facilitate transactions, enhance the company's brand image and performance. <br>4. Regularly conduct market research to understand the real estate dynamics and competitive situation in the region, and formulate effective sales strategies. <br>5. Maintain existing customer relationships while actively developing potential customer resources, expanding personal and team business networks. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Hold a valid Hong Kong real estate license or be preparing to take relevant qualifications, those who pass the exam are eligible for funding support. <br>2. Have good English skills, be able to communicate and exchange with international customers, and university diploma above is the best academic qualifications. <br>3. Work hours are fixed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. , you need to have a hard-working and dedicated work attitude, and be able to withstand a certain amount of pressure. <br>4. Passionate about the real estate industry, familiar with the commercial and industrial property market in East Kowloon (especially Guan Tong, Sing Shui Kau and Kowloon Bay) is even better. <br>5.
