We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly trustworthy private assistant. You will be responsible for handling the boss's business trips and personal affairs, ensuring that the boss can focus on core decision-making and smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule the boss's daily itinerary, coordinate meetings, appointments and social activities

• Provide general administrative support, such as clerical work, data processing and file management

• Support the boss's private affairs,Coordinate the work of different functional teams such as housekeepers

• Purchase and manage the boss's private personal supplies

• Occasionally, I am asked by the boss to complete other temporary tasks

Requirements:

• Careful, detailed, punctual, with high levels of self-discipline and independent work ability

• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to adapt and good logical and organizational skills

• Have interpersonal communication skills, be able to effectively communicate with different objects

• Proficient in Microsoft Office office software and Chinese input method

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and with basic English communication and writing skills

• One or more years of personal assistant (PA) related work experience
