<p><strong>Assistant Property Officer / Property Officer (Tsing Yi)</strong><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for all rounded supervision on property and facility management</li><li>To handle emergency incidents, customer enquiries and complaints</li><li>Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management</li><li>Maintain good tenant relationships and supervision the performance of contractor</li><li>Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor</li><li>Immediate availability is preferable</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or Degree holder in property management or related disciplines</li><li>At least 3 years experience in Property Management industry (less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer)</li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
