Job Title: Film and Video Production and Production Editing Specialist

• Responsible for the initial planning and script collaboration of film and television projects, including filming conception, shot design and scene planning, etc. support work

• Independent or collaborative team completes on-site shooting execution, covering lighting setup, sound recording, lens scheduling, etc. basic production tasks

• Use mainstream editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to organize and edit raw footage, color grade, and synthesize sound effects

• Collaborate with the director and client needs, complete the final output, format conversion and multi-platform adaptation (such as social media, exhibition screening, promotional placement, etc.)

• Participate in post-production coordination and delivery process, including version management, subtitle addition, copyright data archiving, and related administrative support

• Have basic film and television production concepts and practical understanding, welcome fresh graduates and career changers to apply, no need to specify seniority or academic background

• Proficient in at least one professional video editing software, able to independently complete the entire process from raw material import to finished product output

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, good English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to handle cross-language collaboration and customer presentation situations

• Responsibility and flexible work attitude, able to adapt to the shooting schedule and adjust time and tasks flexibly in different locations (indoor / outdoor / on-site)

• Holding a valid work permit in Hong Kong, including but not limited to Hong Kong permanent residency, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit

• Provide flexible work arrangements, with a daily work schedule of 8-9 hours, actual shift schedule to be negotiated based on project needs, and balancing work and life rhythms

• Support professional growth by regularly holding internal technical sharing, hardware and software operation training, and industry exchange activities, and encouraging continuous learning and skill expansion

• Working location is in Yui Ching Bay, a quiet and convenient environment.
