Beauty customer service -
Benefits:
• HK$19-22K (depending on experience)

Daily work content
Reply to WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries from new and old customers, and facilitate appointments
Follow up on touch-ups, rescheduling, and guest referrals
Customer complaint handling, secondary customer online follow-up
Need to be familiar with: Computer typing (proficient)
Applicants with beauty / customer service / sales-related experience and those who can start work immediately will be given priority
We are looking for someone like you:
•Fast response: able to handle multiple online conversations at the same time, quick and efficient.
• Communication expert: Fast typing speed, warm tone and persuasive power, able to accurately capture customer needs.
•Digital experts: Familiar with WhatsApp API, AI, DKDOO or related scheduling systems is preferred.
•Experience requirement: Candidates with 2 years or more of beauty, high-end retail or airline industry service experience are preferred.
Working location Time:
• Lai Chi Kok (convenient transportation, multiple stores on the same floor)
• Monthly 6th monthly holiday + statutory labor leave + annual leave
