Job Description
- Chinese noodle shop (mid-June business)
- Responsible for daily front-of-house service in the restaurant, including greeting customers, seating them, taking their orders, serving their food, and processing their payments.
- Proactively observe customer needs, provide appropriate assistance and suggestions, and enhance dining experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to complete opening, closing and various preparation and cleaning tasks during business hours, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
- Support other positions flexibly according to the store's temporary arrangements, and demonstrate good team spirit and adaptability.
- Have experience in floor service or bar work, familiar with the dining service process, and familiar with the dining service process.
- Health and wellness, able to withstand standing work and light lifting, with basic sanitation knowledge and awareness of following rules.
- Residence in the Cheung Sha Wan District or those with convenient transportation are preferred, and able to accommodate shift arrangements (including night shifts and holiday work)
