<br>Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Responsible for the daily operation of the tutoring center, including student attendance, classroom scheduling and classroom management, ensuring a clean and orderly teaching environment.</li> <li>Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials, sorting students’ homework and test papers, and timely archiving related documents.</li> <li>Receive inquiries from parents and students, provide course information, and answer questions about supplementary study time table, fees, and tutor information, etc.</li> <li>Handle simple administrative affairs, such as telephone contact, mail recording, course registration and fee collection.</li> <li>Cooperate with tutoring centers to promote their activities.</li> </ul> <br> Work requirements <ul> <li>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.</li> <li>Familiar with computer operations, able to use Word, Excel, etc., common office software to process administrative work. </li> <li>Responsibility and good service attitude, patient in dealing with students and parents, and basic communication skills. </li> <li>Applicants with relevant tutoring or educational institution administrative experience will be given priority, and those with no experience are also welcome to apply.</li> <li>Need to work shifts on weekends and public holidays, and be able to adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm of busy periods.</li> </ul> <br> Benefits <ul> <li>Provide competitive hourly or monthly wages, depending on experience and performance, and offer attendance bonus to encourage consistent attendance.</li> <li>Enjoy statutory holidays and gradually increase annual leave days based on work seniority.</li> <li></li> <li>Outstanding performers have the opportunity to be promoted to store manager</li> </ul>
