[Job Responsibilities]

1. Provide 1-on-1 doctoral RP counseling to students, covering topic positioning, framework and content construction, writing logical optimization, etc. Process guidance. Help students avoid common academic problems and improve RP quality.

2. Regularly feedback students’ progress, timely communicate and adjust the progress and situation, and ensure the efficient promotion of the counseling plan.

6 one-hour counseling sessions & 1 one-hour Q&A session

or 8 counseling sessions Ultimately assist students with RP finalization

[Job Requirements]

1. Educational background:

Domestic/overseas top university's PhD students, graduates or postgraduates, covering mainstream disciplines (such as science and technology, social sciences, business, humanities and arts, etc.);

2. Have experience in writing a doctoral research proposal and obtaining recognition from a supervisor/institution, or participating in doctoral application review is preferred.

3. Proficient in academic research design, able to quickly locate the core problems of students' RP and provide solutions.

4. Familiar with international academic norms (such as RP writing differences in different systems such as the United States and Britain, Hong Kong and Macao, and Europe).

5. Excellent communication and teaching skills, able to clearly explain complex academic concepts in Chinese or English.

[Additional Advantage]

Published high-level journal papers or participated in research project applications;

Have experience in guiding doctoral applications and understanding the preferences of top schools (such as Oxford, Cambridge, Hong Kong's three new ones, and others).
