**Core Responsibilities**

1. Develop and manage customers: Actively develop high net worth customers and maintain long-term relationships, regularly reviewing their financial goals.

2. Provide financial planning: Analyze the client's financial situation, write and explain a comprehensive financial planning solution (investment, insurance, retirement, taxation, etc.).

3. Sell financial products: Based on customer needs, sell suitable funds, insurance, investment-linked life insurance, etc. products, and achieve team and personal sales targets.

4. Team leadership and training: Lead and supervise team consultants, provide training and counseling, and ensure the team complies with regulations and completes indicators.

**Necessary skills**

1. Sales and communication skills: Strong sales, closing, and interpersonal communication skills, able to build trust and influence customer decisions.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Have an existing customer network or strong ability to develop new customers, and be proficient in relationship maintenance and referral.

3. Analysis and planning power: able to quickly analyze financial data and develop professional and persuasive planning solutions.

**Entry Requirements**

1. Education: Diploma/University degree or above. Majoring in finance, business or related fields is preferred.

2. Professional qualifications: Holders of CFP™ (Certified Financial Planner) qualifications are given priority.

3. Relevant experience: At least 1 year or above wealth management sales experience, with a stable and excellent track record. Those with team management experience are preferred.
