Ø Responsible for formulating the laboratory acoustics technical roadmap, identifying and overcoming technical bottlenecks such as sound quality, leakage, and wearing comfort;

Ø Lead the acoustic system architecture design and build a multi-physics field simulation environment (sound, electricity, force, heat);

Ø Conduct pre-research and development integration application of micro driving unit and acoustic health technology;

Ø Establish and lead an overseas acoustic engineering team to ensure the feasibility of technical solutions;

Ø Patents and collaboration layout: Identify key technological innovation points, complete global collaboration and patent layout.

Professional knowledge:

üMechanical design and ergonomics: Responsible for modeling and material research on wearing comfort and stability, ensuring compatibility with different ethnic earlobes; design the whole machine structure, ensuring that it has excellent structural reliability and mass production feasibility while meeting the acoustic requirements.

üAudio signal processing technology: Proficient in microphone array algorithms, active noise cancellation, spatial audio, etc. audio signal processing technology, familiar with speech coding and decoding protocols and speech recognition, semantic understanding, etc. technologies.

Professional skills:

ü have open-loop TWS, bone conduction or directional acoustic product development experience from concept to mass production.

üHave experience in leading cross-functional teams, efficiently balancing acoustic performance and product requirements in project management.

ü is skilled in identifying acoustic technology trends, proposing innovative solutions, and having international patent writing and defense experience.

ü Familiar with acoustic parts suppliers, with the ability to successfully transfer prototypes into mass production and solve yield consistency issues.
