2. Coordinate production, improve yield, control costs and deliver products in the mass production stage, solve bottleneck issues, and meet Apple's standards

3. Predict project risks and develop contingency plans; fluently communicate with Apple customers in English, responsible for requirement communication, reporting and business negotiations

4. Maintain customer relationships, respond to feedback, and drive special customer requirements and changes to implementation

5. Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, production, procurement, etc.), collaborate with Apple's designated suppliers on supply chain management, and ensure supply chain stability

6. Output project management standard process, lead the post-mortem optimization, and improve delivery efficiency and satisfaction

（1）Hard requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering management, electronic/ mechanical engineering, etc., is preferred.

2. More than 8 years of fruit supply chain project management experience, with full process operation experience from NPI to mass production

3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can serve as a working language for seamless communication with Apple customers

4. Proficient in project management tools, familiar with Apple's project process, quality standards, and supplier management requirements

1. Cross-functional team leadership skills, matrix environment resource integration and execution push ability

2. Risk prediction and problem-solving ability, customer orientation and cost control awareness
