Responsibilities: Responsible for foreign exchange and remittance services, general cash handling work, such as cash verification, counting and classification, and answering customer inquiries

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing foreign exchange services to customers, including currency identification, exchange rate inquiries, exchange amount calculations, and transaction record processing.

• Handle local and international money transfers, ensuring accurate and compliant data reporting and system immediate debits.

• Execute daily cash management tasks, including the validation, counting, sorting, bundling, and safe deposit box transfer of banknotes and coins.

• Proactively answer customer inquiries about foreign exchange policies, handling fees, processing time limits, and required documents, etc., to enhance service satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Holding a Hong Kong secondary school diploma or above; those with no relevant work experience are also welcome to apply, as the company provides on-the-job training.

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate and write daily using Mandarin and basic English, with clear expression and listening abilities.

• Chinese typing skills and basic computer operation knowledge.

• Work carefully, patiently, honestly and reliably, be polite, and be able to handle work independently.

• Can adapt to shift arrangements, working six days a week, with daily working hours from 9 am to 7 pm.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the basic requirements for local employment and financial services.

• Monthly salary range is HKD 15,000 to 17,000, depending on experience and performance.
