Duties include:

Detection:

1. According to the testing project operation SOP, inspect electronic components for quality, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and standards;

2. Perform abnormal analysis and processing on incoming materials, combine experience to make quality problems Judgments;

3. Systematically record incoming information;

4. Coordinate procurement and sales tracking suppliers' quality issues;

Teamwork:

5. Organize and coordinate internal testing work to ensure the smooth progress of testing;

6. Share quality control experiences and case studies with the testing team to enhance their overall quality awareness and skills level;

Quality improvement:

7. Assist in handling customer complaints and quality issues, propose improvement measures and follow up on implementation;

8. Participate in the development and improvement of quality control systems, and improve the company's quality control standards;

Equipment maintenance

9. Regularly maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure its normal operation;

Others

10. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor on time.

Position requirements

College degree or above, electronic engineering, science, etc. related professional;

Applicants with relevant electronic component testing experience and those with independent work experience are preferred;

Master the use of common testing equipment and tools, such as microscopes, calipers, multimeters, etc., with priority given to these tools;

Able to use Chinese and English computer input methods;

Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese;

Strong principle, sense of responsibility, and effective closed-loop management of work.
