Job Description
- Coordinate and lead the early morning security and customer service team (a total of 5 members) to ensure that the on-site order, safety operations and customer experience at the causeway bay flagship department store during its business hours (08:00–20:00) meet the highest standards.
- Regularly inspect on-site service quality and security gaps, submit operation reports and improvement suggestions, and assist in optimizing customer service policies and safety management systems.
- Have at least 2 years of actual experience in large shopping malls, department stores or multi-retail outlets as a supervisor, familiar with front-line operations, personnel management and cross-departmental collaboration processes.
- Preference will be given to those with a Hong Kong security personnel license (Class A or B) and basic first aid certificate (such as a certificate recognized by HA/IFRC).
- Have excellent Chinese and English communication skills (Cantonese is a must, Mandarin and English can handle daily conversations and written records), be able to clearly communicate instructions and write concise work reports.
- Have good judgment, stress resistance, and crisis management skills, be able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, proactively detect potential risks and intervene in a timely manner.
- Emphasize service details and team leadership, have positive influence, and continuously motivate subordinates to improve professional performance and service enthusiasm.
