Family Management Specialist<br> <ul> <li>Assist the family office in asset allocation planning, including investment portfolio management, risk control and wealth inheritance strategy formulation, to ensure long-term stable growth of assets.</li> <li>Provide immigration planning consulting services, evaluate suitable immigration countries and plans based on family member needs, coordinate related legal and tax consultants to complete the application process.</li> <li>Provide academic counseling and education planning advice to the next generation of family members, including international school selection, evaluation of study abroad destinations, and long-term learning and development path design.</li> <li>Support family business related consulting matters, covering governance structure optimization, succession planning, and corporate sustainable development strategy research. </li> <li>Integrate cross-domain professional team resources, regularly compile reports and brief decision-makers on various execution progress and effectiveness analysis. </li> </ul><br> Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Have a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting or related fields, and those with CFP, CFA or similar professional certifications are preferred.</li> <li>3 years of relevant work experience in family offices, private banks, wealth management or consulting companies, familiar with high net worth client service models.</li> <li>Proficient in immigration laws and international tax structures, with practical experience in handling cross-border asset planning cases.</li> <li></li> <li>Fluent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, with an international perspective and a strong emphasis on details and confidentiality.</li> </ul>
