Job Description
We are looking for a mkt Intern
Key Responsibilities
(1) Research & Strategic Analysis
• Research target markets including market size, growth trajectories, competitive landscape, and entry barriers
• Develop market entry strategies encompassing target customer segmentation, brand positioning, localized messaging, and go-to-market tactics
• Design integrated marketing plans including promotional campaigns, channel selection, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunities
• Conduct in-depth industry analysis. Provide regular updates on market trends, policy changes, opportunities, and potential risks
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Deliver comprehensive analysis of key competitors
• Based on business transformation, product milestones, and ESG initiatives, distill 3-5 core brand storytelling pillars
• Develop quarterly content frameworks and templates ensuring narrative consistency across touchpoints (product launches, trade shows, sustainability reports, corporate communications)
(2) Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Support
• Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and partner background research
• Support relationship management with external vendors and strategic partners
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
(3) Content Creation
• Draft press releases, media alerts, and corporate announcements
• Develop marketing copy for digital channels, product brochures, and promotional materials
• Create presentation decks for executive engagements
Requirements
• Valid Hong Kong work visa
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or data visualization
• Familiar with digital marketing channels and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills and networking ability
• Good spoken and written in English & Chinese
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive attitude
