Core work responsibilities

A. Comprehensive operations and management of the branch school

1. Fully responsible for the overall revenue target of a designated branch, leading the team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance indicators, and stabilizing campus growth.

2. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the campus: control the campus service process, parent reception, complaint handling, campus compliance operation, logistics management and curriculum planning, ensure campus operation is efficient, standardized, institutionalized and in compliance with Hong Kong Education Business Operation Guidelines.

3. Implement the group's various management systems, operating standards and teaching and service systems, and optimize them for local conditions, parent habits and market characteristics in Hong Kong, thereby improving campus adaptability and competitiveness.

4. Interface with market, research and development, and academic departments, and cooperate to conduct enrollment activities, academic lectures, parent sharing meetings and various campus activities to drive source growth, improve conversion and retention rates.

Job Requirements

1. Have three or more years of management experience in tutorial institutions, education centers, campus supervisors, deputy principals, and operations management.
