<p><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Partner closely with business units and their heads to improve sales and profits</p></li><li><p>Perform financial planning – annual budget and rolling forecasts, includes but not limited to design templates, modelling and align assumptions across business units</p></li><li><p>Conduct monthly analysis to explain key variance from budget and forecasts</p></li><li><p>Monitor business performance with KPIs and prepare presentations for senior management</p></li><li><p>Develop business cases and financial model for business evaluation with data-driven insights</p></li><li><p>Support process enhancement initiatives to increase efficiency</p></li><li><p>Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Qualified Accountant with a minimum 7 years relevant FP&A and business partnering experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager</p></li><li><p>Experience on presentation to management is a MUST</p></li><li><p>Experience on Oracle or other ERP system is an asset</p></li><li><p>Exposure in Mobile Telecom is a definite advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency on MS office and skills on data analytical/database tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos and MS Access</p></li><li><p>Hands on, strong business acumen and analytical skills with ability to deliver results in an accurate and timely manner.</p></li><li><p>A confident, mature, able to deal with senior stakeholders and manage people at different levels.</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese</p></li></ul><p>Interested parties please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now" or visiting our website: www.smartone.com/tc/about_us/careers/</p><p>SmarTone is an equal-opportunity employer.
