Job Responsibilities

Comprehensive management of production and operation with five core goals: safety (Safety), quality (Quality), delivery (Delivery), cost (Cost) and morale (Morale), implementing the SQDCM management system
Based on sales forecasts, compile the Master Production Plan (MPS), coordinate and allocate human resources, equipment, materials and production line resources to ensure that orders are delivered on time, of high quality and in full quantity
Lead production team building, including personnel recruitment, on-the-job training, performance evaluation and motivation development, and create a safe, collaborative, and continuous improvement on-site culture
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP), promote lean production (Lean) practices, covering 5S, value stream mapping (VSM), quick changeover (SMED) tools, and continuously optimize process efficiency and stability
Strengthen full-process quality control, collaborate with quality departments to promote SPC, FMEA, non-conforming product processing and customer complaint improvement, ensure products meet internal and external standard requirements
Quickly respond to sudden situations such as abnormal equipment shutdown, supply chain disruption, emergency insertion orders, etc., and lead cross-departmental response and recovery actions

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation, manufacturing systems or related engineering; those with a university degree must have outstanding practical performance and rich management experience
Have 5 to 8 years of manufacturing industry practical experience, of which at least 2 to 3 years are spent as production supervisor, shift leader or equivalent level management position
Familiar with ERP (such as SAP, Oracle) and MES system operations and applications, familiar with production planning and scheduling logic and capacity planning methods
Master basic quality management tools, including SPC, PDCA, A3 report, fishbone diagram, 8D, etc., and be able to lead cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Have excellent leadership and decision-making skills, be able to clarify priorities, integrate resources, and lead the team to achieve goals in a high-pressure environment
Strong cost awareness and data thinking, good at extracting insights from production reports, equipment logs, and quality records to drive continuous improvement
