<p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><p></p><p>- Hong Kong degree holders (or equivalent)</p><p> 5 subjects passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese & English Language</p><p>- 1+ year of relevant experience</p><p>- Confident with digital tools and admin systems i.e. MS Word, excel, PowerPoint, Access; Publisher, Canva,photoshop etc.</p><p> word processing: English 30 wpm / Chinese 20 wpm</p><p>- Strong in both spoken and written English and Cantonese</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>General Administration</p><p>• To provide administrative and clerical support to the office;</p><p>• To provide IT and logistic support to the office, seminars, zoom meetings, etc.; and</p><p>• To perform filing duties.</p><p></p><p>Teacher Training Administration Tasks</p><p>• To liaise with schools regarding teacher training matters;</p><p>• To assist in handling applications, enrolment and answering the telephone enquiries;</p><p>• To handle bulk correspondences with schools' teaching training matters;</p><p>• To maintain training records on the Training Administration System; and</p><p>• To campile e-survey data.</p><p></p><p>Referral and Placement Administration Tasks</p><p>• To perform data entry; and</p><p>• To assist in issuing referral letters to special schools and referrers.</p><p></p><p>Other duties</p><p>• To input and update relevant contents in the website;</p><p>• To edit graphics and layouts of relevant pages in the website and</p><p>• To perform other duties as assigned.</p>
