<p>Role Responsibility:</p><p>· Take Customer Shipping Orders</p><p>· Execution of operational tasks including handling daily imports, exports, customs clearance, and deliveries as directed.</p><p>· Import/Export Declaration handling</p><p>· Understand ground operations and working in support operations as ground service operator as required (this will include working out of normal working hours)</p><p>· Answer basic technical support questions and assist customers with using the website for creating shipping orders.</p><p>· Resolving billing issues, explain billing statements</p><p>· Advise customer of international shipping rules and regulations</p><p>· Advise customers on proper packaging procedures</p><p>· Keep abreast of rules, regulations, and internal procedures in order to communicate accurate information to our customers</p><p>· Assist customers with resolutions for all inquiries and attempts to resolve issues on first call.</p><p>· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers</p><p>· Translation of in-house text, proof reading</p><p>· Additional projects and other reasonable tasks / duties as delegated by Manager</p><p>Communication:</p><p>· Strong oral and written communication skills (Chinese/English)</p><p>· Ability to communicate clearly with customers via phone, email.</p><p></p><p>Competencies:</p><p>· Strong customer focus as demonstrated in previous roles</p><p>· Ability to work with limited direct supervision</p><p>· Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet applications</p><p>· Well known about the freight forwarding process flow, Import/Export declaration</p><p>· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment</p><p>· Demonstrated problem solving ability</p><p>· Ability to function in a team-oriented environment</p><p>· Flexibility to work role</p><p>· Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays</p>
