We are looking for oneBusiness Development Manager, through direct corporate sales to expand local market business, and lead business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Discover and explore new business opportunities, develop and implement market expansion strategies, and enhance market share
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with enterprise-level customers
Lead business negotiations and large-scale project closures, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs, and develop corresponding sales strategies
Provide key market and customer insights to the market and product teams to support business decisions
Work closely with internal teams (including marketing, product and technical departments) to drive project implementation
According to local market demand, promote product localization and optimization
Guide and support team members (if applicable), enhance overall sales performance
Requirements:
At least 5 years of software sales experience, with office solution or SaaS/PaaS experience preferred
Have enterprise-level sales and manage large customers successfully
Applicants with experience in leading or guiding sales teams are preferred
Have excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Strategic thinking, able to independently develop and promote business development plans
High self-motivation, results-oriented, and able to excel in high-pressure and competitive environments
