Responsibilities

• Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting / serving clients

• Perform office administration duties including filling, printing, procurement and maintaining office and pantry supplies, courier arrangement, equipment/services contracts renewal and office repair and maintenance

• Assist in receiving invoices and payment handling

• Work with different parties in the office for smooth daily office operations

• Arrange accommodation, flight/train tickets reservation and visa application for company management/visitors for business/personal trip(s) when necessary

• Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting rooms reservations across different business units in the office

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines

• Fresh graduates will also be considered

• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Strong inter-personal & communication skill

• Proficient in relevant computer software such as Excel, PowerPoint skills, etc.

• Immediate availability is preferred
