Urgent hiring: Restaurant manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strictly follow the kitchen standard process for position operations; have high standards for products, know how to judge the good and bad of products, analyze the causes of product problems, and have timely follow-up behavior for improvement;

2. Control food costs, sanitation management, kitchen safety supervision and implementation

3. Familiar with operations management, supervise the speed and quality of food delivery

4. Responsible for restaurant personnel management, including recruitment, training, development and retention of staff

5. Responsible for the quality of the store's output and food safety

Entry qualifications:

1. Priority will be given to those with small store or specialty store work experience, those with business experience are even better, those who are familiar with kitchen products, those with business thinking, those who can think about menu structure, customers, and combining store conditions to make business plans.

2. Have strong service awareness, be good at communicating with customers, and timely handle customer needs and complaints;

3. Able to do things yourself, high degree of involvement, and able to handle external relationships (such as Food and Environmental Protection Department, property landlords).
