Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Design and implement the group's annual budgeting framework and guidelines. Lead the end-to-end budgeting process, facilitate cross-functional budget discussions, and ensure timely execution and alignment with corporate goals.
2. Monitor budget execution, track actual performance against budget, conduct variance analysis, and provide data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
3. Analyze business financial statements, identify key drivers behind performance trends and variances, surface core issues, and present actionable recommendations to management.
4. Develop robust budgeting and financial analysis models. Champion the use of digital tools (e.g., BI platforms) to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of budget management, enabling professional budget-based decision support for leadership.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Candidates with CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, CIMA are preferred.
3. 8–10 years of finance-related experience, including at least 3–5 years in FP&A, business analysis, or business finance roles.
4. Experience in a Hong Kong-listed company or a large corporate headquarters FP&A function.
5. Solid understanding of HKFRS/IFRS and Hong Kong Listing Rules.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
8. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
