Job Description
Assist front-line store operations, employee training, school lectures, assist special sales/discount activities, customer service, and communicate with department stores and property owners (with medical insurance and extra holidays)
Operating Representative
Job ResponsibilitiesSupport front-line retail stores with daily operations, including product display, inventory coordination, and sales process optimization, to ensure consistent service quality and brand image
Plan and execute employee training programs that cover product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques, and enhance team professionalism and service efficiency
Visit local primary and secondary schools, give lectures on healthy living and nutrition education, and strengthen the brand community's influence and public image
Coordinate and implement special sales activities, seasonal promotions and member discounts, responsible for material preparation, on-site support and effectiveness tracking
As the company's liaison window, we regularly communicate and coordinate with department store management and shopping mall owners on operating matters, handling lease, renovation, business hours, etc. details of cooperation
Have good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English, and be able to give fluent presentations, write reports and collaborate across departments
Active and positive attitude, those with basic event planning experience or campus promotion experience will be given priority (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Familiar with office software operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data sorting and presentation skills
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to accommodate office work from 9 am to 5:45 pm on weekdays, with a work location at 83 Heng Tao Road, Kowloon.
Competitive monthly salary of HKD 14,000 to 16,000 (salary can be negotiated based on experience and performance)
