<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Responsible for building an investor relations and market value management system based on the company's actual management situation, effectively improving the company's value;</p><p>· Continuously track and study the macro trend of the oil and gas market, capital market dynamics, and peer dynamics;</p><p>· Conduct industry benchmarking research, write a comparable company benchmarking analysis report, including strategic changes, performance overview, management dynamics, key business development and analyst views, etc.;</p><p>· Participate in company earnings releases and roadshows, participate in communication and exchange with investors and analysts;</p><p>· Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p>· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, and related sciences, QS World University Rankings top 100 institutions preferred;</p><p>· Hold CFA and other professional qualifications, with at least 5 years of investor relations work experience, of which at least 3 years of investment institution, investment bank, and sell-side research experience is preferred;</p><p>· Applicants with a background in Chinese companies and energy industry experience are preferred;</p><p>· Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;</p><p>· Have strong communication skills, team collaboration skills and good professional ethics;</p><p>· Love for Hong Kong, proactive and meticulous work, and loyalty to the company.</p><p></p><p>CV to Email: jo.wang@kunlun.com.hk</p>
