Job Description
- Responsible for market promotion activities planning and execution of shared office space and related equipment and facilities, including online promotion, community management and offline experience activity planning and organization.
- Co-promote brand exposure, write and publish promotional copy in line with the tone of the target audience (such as official website introduction, e-newsletter, social media posts, etc.).
- Assist in sorting and updating space features, equipment specifications, use processes, etc. basic information, ensure accurate and consistent external communication content.
- Support potential customer inquiries and guided tours, and provide preliminary market feedback and customer demand observation records in conjunction with the sales team.
- Regularly track and promote effectiveness (such as click-through rate, interaction count, and flow conversion), aggregate data and propose concise optimization suggestions.
- Have basic marketing concepts and execution experience, welcome fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience to apply.
- Familiar with mainstream social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.), able to independently complete post layout and basic image and text editing.
- Have good Chinese writing skills, clear logic, precise vocabulary, and the ability to adjust tone and style for different audiences.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver results on schedule.
- Have experience in promoting student apartments, priority will be given (our company has a new project ~ investing in student apartments)
- Japanese living and working in Hong Kong/Japanese and Japanese corporate work experience Priority
