Flexible work schedule, 8-hour shift, with multiple shift options (9:03-17:30/12:00-20:00/14:00-22:00/14:30-22:30).

Salary structure: base salary + sales target achievement bonus + annual leave + uniform

Store Manager: $22,000 base salary + 1%-4% personal sales achievement bonus + 0.5%-2% store sales achievement bonus (store manager's total salary $22K-$35K)

Salesperson: 15,000 base salary + 1%-4% personal sales bonus

Requirements:

1. Strong language expression ability, clear enunciation

2. Will use basic computer operations

3. Secondary three education or above (with excellent conditions, the requirements may be relaxed)

4. Strong learning ability, positive attitude, sunny and cheerful

5. Fashionable image and temperament, height 158-165cm, weight 44KG-53KG

6. Clear goal awareness, good team spirit

7. More than 1 year of clothing shopping experience (women's clothing/jewelry/luxury goods experience is preferred)

Duties:

3. Carry out the division of labor and management of the store

4. Supervise goods delivery, stocking, and replenishment, and do a good job of receiving goods, product display, product quality and service quality management, etc. related operations 5. Properly handle customer complaints and various contradictions that occur in service work

6. Responsible for employee training and education
