Duties include:

1. Familiar with the video platform property and netizen property, timely grasp the hotspots, and effectively coordinate and plan the content;

2. Responsible for the overall planning of video content, output creative ideas, scripts and storyboards;

3. Based on content and dissemination, continue to explore different forms of innovative short videos;

4. Communicate and coordinate the various stages of the production process, including but not limited to following up on video shooting, guiding post-production, packaging and beautification (including editing, subtitles, special effects, sound effects, picture processing and synthesis, etc.), ensuring the quality and effect of the finished product, and being responsible for the content result;

5. Responsible for the daily operation and promotion of short video accounts, increasing the number of fans and playback data of the account.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of video directing experience, creative young people, heavy users and enthusiasts of the Bilibili video platform are preferred;

2. Those with experience in video production, content operation of variety shows, documentaries, and talk shows are preferred;

3. Have good writing skills and rich creative ability, have strong understanding and control ability of short video content, have good composition and creativity in video art;

4. Have strong communication skills and team spirit, active thinking, and able to adapt to the fast-paced production cycle, strong stress resistance;
