Our client is a manufacturing and trading office seeking an organized Secretary/Personal Assistant to support our bosses, manage office administrative tasks, and handle HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple bosses by managing their calendars, emails, travel, and meetings.

• Oversee office admin tasks (supplies, files, correspondence, office maintenance)

• Handle HR duties (onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, payroll system, recruitment support)

• Maintain a professional and efficient office environment

Requirements:

•High Diploma or above

• Min 4 yrs in secretarial / personal assistant experience

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•Short notice is an advantage
