Job Description
- Responsible for patient registration and reception, providing professional and friendly services, and ensuring patients have a good first-visit experience
- Answering phones and handling daily communications, answering patient inquiries and providing related information
- Schedule and manage patient appointment time tables, coordinate doctor's itinerary, and ensure smooth diagnosis process
- Assist the doctor during dental treatment and surgery, including preparing instruments, passing tools and observing the patient's condition
- Follow standard procedures for cleaning, disinfecting dental instruments, equipment, and treatment environment surfaces, maintaining high standards for infection control
- Applicants with dental surgery assistant (DSA) related work experience will be given priority
- Good Cantonese communication skills, able to have basic conversations in general Mandarin and English, with Chinese and English reading and writing abilities
- Secondary school education, those with relevant medical or dental certificate course qualifications are preferred
- Careful and polite, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle daily administrative and clinical support work independently
- Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use clinic management system for appointment and data input
