Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

• Responsible for daily warehouse document processing, including printing and sorting documents according to product categories and storage areas, ensuring clear and orderly warehouse data

• Handle all transportation return documents and follow up the related process

• Count the cash amount collected from the COD order, ensuring that the amount is accurate and error-free

• Assist in updating and maintaining inventory records in the warehouse system, ensuring data timeliness and integrity

• Complete other related administrative and warehouse support work assigned by the supervisor

• Second 3 or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Applicants with less than one year of warehouse, administrative or logistics-related work experience are preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data input, sorting, filtering, and basic formula application), with basic computer word processing skills

• Able to quickly master common warehouse management systems (or willing to receive training and familiarize within a short period of time)

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese; with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to read simple English invoices and system prompts

• Careful and responsible, able to accurately process large amounts of data and handle multiple parallel tasks at the same time

• Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with different positions

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong

• Accept long and short week work arrangements (working six days a week, Sunday Monday to Saturday, on a rotating basis)

• Enjoy 13 months of salary, paid proportionally to the actual months of service

• Provide overtime allowance, in compliance with labor law provisions for overtime compensation

• Implement a flexible work schedule, with longer and shorter weeks, and monthly fixed rest days, balancing work and life rhythms
