Responsibilities: <br><br>Perform day to day restaurant operations management  <br><br>Ensure excellent communication is happening within the team for a smooth operation <br><br>Monitor all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and PE policies and procedures as well legal requirements are followed by your team and yourself <br><br>Ensure stock is managed and replenished and regular inventory and security checks are carried out <br><br>Organise shifts and scheduling and duties are delegated with goals and objectives set <br><br>Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are delivered through the team for an amazing guest experience <br><br>Coordinate all guest queries, complaints, and feedback, responding quickly, correctly, and efficiently <br><br>Support restaurant in achieving its KPIs through development, management, and leadership of the team <br><br>Work as a team and fill in positions/gaps during the operation as necessary <br><br>Assume full responsibility for the restaurant and team.<br><br>Requirement: <br><br>Previous experience of working in a management role with at least 3 years of relevant hospitality experience <br><br>Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skill <br><br>Self-motivated, innovative, proactive, positive, energetic, and passionate about food and service <br><br>Team Player, work together as a team to achieve the goals<br><br>Good planning skill, organized with strong number sense and business acumen <br><br>Good command of written and spoken English<br><br>Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel <br><br>Experience in working towards targets and KPIs <br><br>
