Job Responsibilities
Responsible for bank-related document restoration, document scanning and digitalization archiving work, ensuring clear images, complete data, and compliance with file storage and archiving standards.
Perform daily administrative work, including data input, file classification and organization, printing, copying, and basic table creation.
Assist the department with basic administrative support, simple internal document delivery and clerical coordination work.
Follow the instructions to classify, upload and store electronic scan files to the designated system/folder, regularly back up data to ensure file security and traceability.
In accordance with the team's operational needs, accurately complete various administrative, scanning and file processing-related temporary work assigned by the supervisor.
Working Hours Monday to Sunday (flip 4 days off 3 days/flip 5 days off 2 days) Overnight shift: 21:00 – 08:00 (next day)
Monthly salary:HK$11,500 - 16,000+ Fixed night shift allowance: $100 per day
