<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IAQ and environmental monitoring solutions</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with key clients across commercial, industrial and institutional sectors</p></li><li><p>Conduct product demonstrations highlighting IoT-enabled air quality and environmental monitoring devices</p></li><li><p>Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailor-made solutions</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and competitor activities.</p></li><li><p>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</p></li><li><p>Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements/Qualification</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sales & Marketing or Business Management</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably gained in environmental technology, building management or related fields</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of environmental concerns, indoor air quality issues or building services</p></li><li><p>Basic technical aptitude to understand and communicate IoT and sensor technology benefits</p></li><li><p>Be able to work independently</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent presentation skills</p></li></ul><p></p>
