Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IAQ and environmental monitoring solutions

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients across commercial, industrial and institutional sectors

• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting IoT-enabled air quality and environmental monitoring devices

• Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailor-made solutions

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and competitor activities.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sales & Marketing or Business Management

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably gained in environmental technology, building management or related fields

• Strong understanding of environmental concerns, indoor air quality issues or building services

• Basic technical aptitude to understand and communicate IoT and sensor technology benefits

• Be able to work independently

• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent presentation skills
