Job Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations to ensure that all restaurant processes run smoothly and meet company standards
Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, inspect equipment, environment, and sanitation conditions
Assist employees with scheduling, attendance record management, and performance evaluation
Strictly enforce food safety and sanitation standards, regularly conduct temperature measurements and document records
Operate the restaurant computer system, complete daily reports and administrative file processing
Lead the team to provide high-quality customer service, and improve overall operating efficiency

Work requirements

Please read the following terms carefully before applying.

Need to complete a one-month on-the-job training, which includes the following: "Must touch flour with your hands" in the fried chicken process, temperature measurement standards, file processing and computer system operations
After the training, you must pass the evaluation and obtain a passing grade before you can be promoted to assistant restaurant manager
"Hard work and endurance require a small amount of physical labor", those who aspire to long-term development in the food and beverage industry are given priority
Strong sense of responsibility for food safety, sanitation standards, and service quality
Resilient, able to adapt to shift work and high-paced work environment
Willing to accept challenges, with leadership potential, future career development towards restaurant manager
