Main responsibilities

2. Assist in preparing basic documents, presentations and simple reports, including email drafting, data collection and organization.
3. Assist in handling the company's file management, classification, archiving and updating, and coordinate and follow up cross-departmental progress and timely reporting.
4. Follow up on general administrative work and handle temporary tasks assigned by management.

Position requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of relevant work experience.
2. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information and keep it strictly confidential.
3. Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English; those who understand Mandarin and Thai are better.
4. Have good skills in data collection, file organization and formatting.
6. Familiar with the use of MS Office; familiar with the use of AI tools to assist workers is preferred.

Salary and benefits

Basic salary: HK$22,000 – HK$28,000 / month (depending on experience and performance)
