<p></p><p></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Performance Management and Sales Training:</p><ul><li><p>Develop, monitor and optimize key performance indicators for the sales team.</p></li><li><p>Implement a dynamic performance dashboard and establish a strict regular review mechanism.</p></li><li><p>Design and manage a closely aligned incentive scheme with the company's strategic goals.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training program, with a focus on product knowledge, sales methods, and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Guide and empower sales managers and representatives to enhance the team's overall combat capability.</p></li></ul><p>Sales data analysis:</p><ul><li><p>Deeply analyze the sales funnel health status, conversion rate, winning/losing trend and regional performance.</p></li><li><p>Build predictive models to estimate sales results and identify performance improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Transform complex data sets into executable insights and strategic recommendations.</p></li></ul><p>CRM system optimization:</p><ul><li><p>Lead the management and evolution of the CRM system.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Responsible for CRM system training for new employees and existing sales teams.</p></li></ul><p>Cross-departmental collaboration:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the sales director to implement sales best practices and optimize processes.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, business, finance or related fields are preferred.</p></li><li><p>8 years of sales operations or performance management experience, with a background in insurance, real estate or financial services, etc. performance-driven industries are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Having successful experience in supporting and managing large-scale (fifty people or more) sales team operations.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in the following tools:</p><ul><li><p>Data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI)</p></li><li><p>CRM system</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Have reliable success cases to enhance sales productivity and efficiency</p></li><li><p>Mandarin fluency, with English communication skills and excellent public speaking abilities.</p></li></ul>
