Job Description
- Responsible for women's clothing sales, including providing professional styling advice to customers, introducing the latest fashion trends and brand features of the season, and enhancing customers' shopping experience and satisfaction.
- Execute daily store operations such as product display, replenishment, label organization, and store cleaning, ensuring a clean and orderly sales environment that meets the brand image standard.
- Closely monitor inventory status and promptly reflect stockouts or slow-moving items, and cooperate with warehouse and procurement departments to carry out reasonable allocation and replenishment arrangements.
- Actively participate in the product knowledge training, sales skills study, and fashion trend sharing session organized by the company, and continuously improve professional skills and service standards.
- Year 18 or above, with legal work qualifications in Hong Kong, and able to accommodate shift arrangements (including weekends and public holidays).
- Outgoing and friendly personality, polite to others, clear expression ability and empathy, and flexible in responding to different types of customer needs.
- Having basic sales experience is even better, familiar with the retail service process; those with no experience are also welcome to apply, the company provides systematic onboarding training.
- Passionate about the fashion industry, I pay attention to clothing design, color matching, and street trends on a daily basis, and I can naturally integrate brand style and values.
- Responsibility and team spirit, punctual and reliable, able to complete assigned tasks independently and actively support colleagues to achieve sales targets.
