About Haven of Hope Christian Service In the 1950s, witnessing the desperate situation of refugees in Tiu Keng Leng, Sister Annie Skau, the founder of Haven of Hope Christian Service (HOHCS), helped them through medical aid to tie together their lives. Impacting Life', HOHCS stays abreast of the times to actively develop diverse services covering four areas of service, including elderly services, healthcare services, rehabilitation services, and educational services.
