Job Description
- Responsible for daily store management, including opening and closing procedures, execution and supervision
- Assist the restaurant manager in overall operational planning and on-site coordination
- Supervise front-end service quality to ensure customers receive consistent and high-quality dining experiences
- Manage inventory and material in and out, regular inventory and control losses
- Coordinate the scheduling of various shifts, guide front-line employees to implement standard operating procedures
- Have at least two years of restaurant on-site management experience, familiar with the front-of-house operations
- Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate the team and handle unexpected situations
- Responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to shift work and high-stress work environment
- Basic computer skills, able to use POS systems and office software fluently
- Passionate about the service industry, willing to continue learning and improving operational performance
