3. Able to independently responsible for the whole IP chain: including character building, topic planning, script writing, shooting coordination, content scheduling, and the ability to build a complete content system.

4. Regularly follow up on data replays on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Weibo, iterate content based on completion rate, conversion rate, etc., balancing scientific popularization and customer acquisition conversion effects.

5. Strong stress resistance, fast adaptation to work, and ability to coordinate and implement projects; cooperate with business to produce live broadcasts and content, and complete IP commercialization with the team.
