Job Description
- Follow the supervisor's instructions and be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and post-meal cleaning.
- Comply with operational needs and implement shift work, covering early, mid, late and holiday shifts, and having flexible scheduling adaptation ability.
- ***Participate in irregular overtime as needed to ensure service quality and food delivery efficiency.
- Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards, maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, and properly manage food storage and expiration dates.
- Applicants with Chinese or Hong Kong-style food preparation processes are preferred; DSE graduates and summer workers are not accepted.
- Able to withstand the high temperature, fast pace and physically demanding work environment of the kitchen, with good endurance and team spirit.
- Enjoy one day off per week to ensure basic rest rights.
- Overtime is paid at HKD$65 per hour, calculated based on actual hours worked and paid on time.
- Free meals are provided during work hours.
- If work requires you to commute across districts (e.g. transfer to an area other than Tsim Sha Tsui), you will receive a monthly cross-district allowance of HKD$1000.
