Job Description
A. Main responsibilities
1. Complete Hong Kong company human resources work, including recruitment, employee salary and benefits payment, insurance, etc.
2. Responsible for office daily management, including office environment, equipment maintenance, supplies procurement and supplier management.
3. Responsible for completing company meetings, activities and reception work.
4. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining external relations, completing Hong Kong office foreign affairs work.
5. Responsible for company expense management, handling company documents, contract archiving and compliance affairs.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
II. Employment Requirements
1. Good image and temperament.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business, finance, human resources management, administrative or related fields.
3. More than 2 years of administrative management experience, familiar with Hong Kong labor laws, MPF and insurance practice.
4. Proficient in office software, familiar with salary calculation and MPF operation process.
6. Mandarin and English can be used as working languages.
7. This position is only open to Hong Kong residents.
