<p><strong>Main work content:</strong></p><p>· <strong>FAPS system development and testing support</strong>, ensure compliance with HKMA regulatory requirements</p><p>· <strong>Update the system CRA maintenance page</strong>, optimize the management function of credit rating agencies’ related data</p><p>· <strong>Update Audit Trail report</strong>, ensure that system logs and data change records meet compliance requirements</p><p>· <strong>Establish a connection with the new CRA OneConnect</strong>, through<strong>MCRA internal process</strong>Implement data exchange</p><p>· <strong>Develop "Proportionate Rule Automatic Allocation CRA" function</strong>, optimize credit rating allocation mechanism</p><p>· <strong>Production environment release support</strong>, ensure the system is stably online and meets regulatory requirements</p><p>· <strong>After going online, support and maintenance</strong>, monitor and solve potential problems, and continuously optimize system performance</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Have<strong>Good team collaboration skills</strong> , able to communicate efficiently with testing, operations, and business teams</p><p>· Have<strong>Stronger analysis and problem-solving skills</strong>, can quickly locate and fix system problems</p><p>· Have a bank<strong>Credit system (such as FAPS, loan management, credit approval)</strong>Preference will be given to those with development experience</p><p>· Have<strong>Hong Kong bank or financial institution IT system development experience</strong>Preference will be given to those who have completed the course</p><p></p><p><strong>Technical requirements:</strong></p><p>· Proficient in<strong>Java backend development</strong>, have<strong>EJB and JSP</strong>Development experience, familiar with mainstream Java development frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringCloud, etc.</p><p>· Have enterprise-level application development experience, familiar<strong>Distributed system architecture</strong>, with a database<strong>SQL optimization</strong>Experience</p><p>· Familiar<strong>Message middleware, Web services (SOAP/REST), multithreaded programming</strong>and other related technologies</p><p>· Understand<strong>Bank credit business</strong>And those with regulatory requirements are preferred</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Understand banks<strong>Facility Processing System（FAPS）</strong>Basic process, including credit approval, loan management, and credit risk control</p><p>· Familiar<strong>CRA (Credit Rating Agency) data management</strong>, understand the role of credit rating in the loan approval process</p><p>· Understand the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) on<strong>Credit Data Smart operational resilience</strong>The regulatory requirements</p><p><strong>Hard requirements:</strong></p><p>· Have Hong Kong residency and be able to live and work long-term in Hong Kong. (Business visa is not allowed, you will be caught within 1-2 months).</p><p></p>
