Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assess the feasibility of investment projects, conduct financial modeling, risk analysis and return prediction, and write investment recommendation letters.
- Coordinate lawyers, accountants, evaluation institutions and other third-party professional institutions to promote due diligence work.
- Participate in investment negotiations, assist in designing transaction structures, and push for project implementation and signing.
- Track the follow-up operation of the invested project, conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations, and provide management advice.
Work requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or related professional background.
- More than 3 years of work experience in investment, acquisition, asset management or real estate investment, those with successful project cases are preferred.
- Familiar with financial analysis, valuation models and investment decision-making processes, and able to independently complete project evaluation reports.
- Have good communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively integrate cross-departmental and external resources.
- Have strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to high-intensity work rhythms and travel needs.
