<br>Description:<br>Responsible for technical support and implementation of desktop application products on behalf of the company, with more than 3 years of related work experience; closely cooperate with customers to assist in deployment, management, and optimization of various desktop application products, ensuring successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction; proficient in multiple desktop application products such as WPS Office, Coremail, FeiShu, Inspur CloudSea, todesk, AnyShare.<br><br>Main Responsibilities:<br>1. Provide technical support for desktop application products to customers, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of solutions like WPS Office, Coremail, FeiShu, Inspur CloudSea VDI, todesk, AnyShare.<br>2. Deploy virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).<br>3. Solve technical issues encountered by customers during use of desktop application products, provide prompt and effective troubleshooting services.<br>4. Write and maintain technical documentation, provide training, ensure that customers can master the use of the product.<br>5. Maintain close contact with pre-sales, sales teams, and customers, collect feedback, continuously optimize product deployment and user experience.<br><br>Job Requirements:<br>1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.<br>2. At least 3 years of experience in supporting desktop applications or technical support.<br>3. Proficient in Linux operating systems, with experience in deploying office software, file sharing, remote applications, and virtual desktop systems, particularly WPS Office, Coremail, FeiShu, Inspur CloudSea, todesk, AnyShare products.<br>4. Basic knowledge of networking and security, able to identify and resolve network issues related to desktop applications.<br>5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of efficiently handling customer requests.<br>6. Team spirit, collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.<br><br><br>1. Familiar with the application and deployment of Chinese products such as WPS Office, Coremail, FeiShu, Inspur CloudSea, todesk, AnyShare.<br>2. Familiar with automated deployment and scripting (such as PowerShell) for desktop applications.<br>3. Strong ability to write technical documents and conduct user training experiences.<br>4. Prioritize candidates who are fluent in Cantonese and English.
