Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage free hand cargo and agent business to drive revenue growth

• Handle nomination accounts and manage routing changes effectively

• Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into business

• Liaise with overseas agents to ensure smooth coordination and shipment handling

• Prepare and present monthly sales reports

• Assist in tender/bidding submissions when required

• Perform ad-hoc duties to support team operations

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding industry

• At least 3 years of solid sales experience in air and/or sea freight

• Proven track record with an existing client base and strong industry connections

Preferred:

• Immediate availability is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• DSE or equivalent qualification

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage free-hand cargo and agency business, and promote continuous revenue growth
• Responsible for business maintenance and route change management of nominated customers (Nomination Accounts), ensuring service stability and cost-effectiveness
• Proactively track sales leads, turning potential opportunities into actual orders and long-term business relationships
• Coordinate overseas agent network to ensure smooth and transparent goods transportation, and timely handling of abnormalities
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports regularly, covering performance achievement, market dynamics, customer feedback, and improvement suggestions
• Support bidding and tendering document preparation, including scheme planning, quotation integration and customer demand analysis

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in international freight forwarding
• Must have at least 3 years of practical sales experience in air and/or sea transportation, familiar with upstream and downstream operations and market customs
• Have a stable existing customer base and extensive industry connections, and be able to independently develop new customers and deepen existing collaborations
• Have a college degree or above (DSE or equivalent qualification)
