Job Description
- Assist the supply chain team in purchasing data processing, supplier liaison and document archiving to ensure accurate and timely information updates.
- Participate in the processing of import and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, customs clearance documents, etc. basic writing operations, familiar with cross-border logistics processes.
- Support inventory data verification and weekly/monthly inventory coordination, learn basic operations and supply chain module applications of ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
- Follow up on order fulfillment status, record delivery delays and assist in analyzing possible causes, and cultivate supply chain collaboration and problem awareness.
- Students currently enrolled in business management, industrial engineering, logistics management, and supply chain-related programs at domestic and foreign universities, with a graduation date within one year preferred.
- Have basic Office software operation skills (Excel functions, PPT presentation creation), and be able to independently complete data integration and simple analysis.
- Careful and responsible, logical and clear, able to handle multiple administrative and coordination tasks at the same time, with good time management and communication and expression skills.
- Weekly attendance of at least three days, internship period of no less than three months, with stable attendance willingness and sense of responsibility.
